Have you always wanted to run but aren't sure how to get started? Are you returning to running after a long lay-off or injury? If so, our Beginning Running program is for you. This program is a good bridge from walking to running. The program begins with a series of run/walk workouts and builds up to running an entire 5k race of your choice.

Are you training for your first 10k, 10 miler, half or full marathon? Are you looking to set a personal best or to qualify for Boston? If so, this is the perfect training program for you! 

There is a 16-18  Winter/Spring session designed for Spring goal races, a 10 week mini session in the Spring and then a 16-18 week Summer/Fall session designed for Fall goal races. The training programs are offered through The Running Store in Gainesville, VA. Click here for more information.

Are you tired of using generic training programs and wish you had something created just for you? Do you want structure to your current training, but do not have time to meet with a group? If so, then the individualized and online training program is a good option for you.

In-Person Coaching is exclusively for runners  in Western Prince William County, VA. In-Person Coaching offers the benefit of live coaching sessions during your training that help ensure that the workouts are performed correctly, provide motivation and stimulus for improvement, and give the athlete an opportunity to seek feedback on technique, pacing, and other factors influencing performance.
