Coach Mary is a Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) Level II Certified Running Coach and American College of Sports Medicine certified Exercise Physiologist. She has coached hundreds of runners over the last 20 years. Whether your goal is to run your first 5k, set a personal best or qualify for the Boston Marathon, Coach Mary can help you reach your goal.
Lifetime Running and Fitness, Inc. was formed in 2001 when Coach Mary decided to combine her passion for running with her desire to help others reach their running and fitness goals. With 19 years of success and experience, Coach Mary has worked with all levels of runners from those just starting out to sub 3 hour marathoners. She believes that there is no "cookie cutter" or "one size fits all" approach to training. She believes in personalized programs that focus on the individual needs of each runner. These programs work to improve weaknesses while building on strengths. She strives to keep athletes healthy and training consistently. She challenges each runner to reach beyond their present fitness to the next level.
